We do not accept furniture that is structurally damaged or broken, and we inspect the frames to ensure high quality and durability. During quality inspection, products receive a condition rating and any scratches, stains, or defects are detailed. All products of course come with a 14-day return policy and satisfaction guarantee.
What the condition classes mean:
- Brand new: Completely unused item, not previously in home use.
- Excellent: Item in great condition with little to no visible signs of use; minor flaws do not affect the overall appearance.
- Good: Item in good condition with minor wear from everyday use.
- Fair: Noticeably worn item with cosmetic imperfections.
- Worn out: Shows significant wear, including visible scratches, dents, or other signs of ageing.
