What would you like to do today?

Our pricing model aims to find a balance that enables both a fast sales time and the best possible sales revenue. Mjuk only receives a commission when the furniture is successfully sold.

By selling through Mjuk, you earn 60% of the net sale price up to €700, and 70% of the amount exceeding €700, excluding any pick-up fees if you choose pick-up for your furniture.

The pick-up fee depends on the size category of the furniture: small items €15, medium-sized items €45, and large items €69. Small items are always carryable by one person, whereas large items always require two carriers. Medium-sized items fall between these categories. If you deliver the furniture yourself, the pick-up fee is fully deducted from Mjuk’s share, and you earn the full 60–70% of the net sale price. Pick-up fees are only deducted from the sales revenue, so you do not pay for pick-up separately.

An 11.9% (VAT included) transaction, storage, and insurance fee has been added to the prices shown in the webshop. The price estimate is always given based on the net price of the furniture and the transaction fee does not affect the seller’s proceeds. Of course, you don’t pay anything if, for some reason, your furniture does not get sold, since Mjuk only takes its share from successful sales.

#### What is the estimate based on?

The preliminary sale price is estimated based on the condition, age, brand, market price, and demand of the furniture. We also closely monitor specific click counts on our website to determine which types of furniture attract the most interest.

Furniture is always listed for sale at or above the estimated price, except in cases where inspection shows that the furniture is in considerably worse condition than was indicated by the seller’s information.

We always strive to get the best possible price for the items, but the price may be gradually lowered if the furniture does not find a new home at the higher price.

If the condition rating of the product does not decrease during quality inspection, Mjuk will keep the sale price on the website at the estimated price for at least one and a half months, or, correspondingly, at least 9 weeks for premium products.

Our pricing model aims to find a balance that enables both a fast sales time and the best possible sales revenue.

#### Is there a floor price for the item being sold?

Our service is designed so that Mjuk is always in the same boat with the seller. We want the items to sell quickly, but you also get a good price for your furniture.

After publishing the product, Mjuk actively monitors the demand and click rates of specific furniture and may gradually lower the price if the furniture does not sell despite active marketing.

For premium products, the floor price is at most 30% lower than the lower limit of the original price estimate range. Premium products mainly include internationally recognized or unique vintage or design furniture.

Other products with a high resale value may also receive premium classification on a case-by-case basis. Mjuk always notifies the seller separately if the furniture is classified as a premium product.

Mjuk reserves the right, for special situations, to lower the sale price of regular furniture by up to 70% from the original estimate’s lower bound during the process. However, the price is never lowered this far unless the furniture’s condition was significantly worse than expected or it has remained unsold despite active marketing for more than six months.


In this view, you can see your furniture sent for evaluation. The price estimate will appear below once our experts have assessed the products. After accepting the sale, you can choose a suitable pick-up time below. You can also choose to deliver the furniture to our warehouse yourself. Filters can be used to customize the view.

Furniture must be portable by two people. We also do not accept items with large glass elements or severely damaged furniture.

We do not accept furniture that is structurally damaged or broken, and we inspect the frames to ensure high quality and durability. During quality inspection, products receive a condition rating and any scratches, stains, or defects are detailed. All products of course come with a 14-day return policy and satisfaction guarantee.

### What the condition classes mean:

- **Brand new:** Completely unused item, not previously in home use.
- **Excellent:** Item in great condition with little to no visible signs of use; minor flaws do not affect the overall appearance.
- **Good:** Item in good condition with minor wear from everyday use.
- **Fair:** Noticeably worn item with cosmetic imperfections.
- **Worn out:** Shows significant wear, including visible scratches, dents, or other signs of ageing.

Nomadic tribes in Turkmenistan are known for crafting Torkaman wool rugs—short-pile, hand-knotted rugs characterised by bold borders and a restrained colour palette of deep reds, blacks, and natural whites.
